2. Collection and storage of personal data and the type and purpose of their use

a) When visiting the website

When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. If you want to view our website, we collect the following data that is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR):

Our legitimate interest arises in particular from the reasons mentioned above, as well as for evaluating system security and stability. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

You can contact us in writing, using the contact form provided on the website or by email. The data processing for the purpose of contacting us takes place according to Art. 6 Para.1 S.1 lit.a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.

All personal data provided will be automatically deleted after your request has been dealt with. Please note that this contact option is not encrypted and therefore not secure.

3. Sharing of Data

A transmission of your personal data to third parties does not take place. Exceptions are the following legal exceptions:

  • You have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para.1 S.1 lit.
  • according to Art. 6 Para.1 S.1 lit. f GDPR, disclosure is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
